Taylor, known as the Sparkle Queen, has been styling herself with glitter and gemstone designs her entire life. From her college days at the Fashion Institute of Technology to over 5 years in New York City working in public relations, marketing, and social media. Dr. Sheila Nazarian is a Beverly Hills board certified plastic surgeon, founder of Nazarian Plastic Surgery, and host of the Netflix show Skin Decision. Since she was a little girl, she was interested in design and the precision work that it requires. At first she wanted to do architecture, until she realized that she liked to design, but also building using her hands. That's why plastic surgery fits her like a glove. Dr. Nazarian attended Columbia University in New York and graduated with a BA in economics with a pre-medical concentration. From there, she enrolled at Yeshiva University’s Albert Einstein School of Medicine, and then went on to a combined residency in plastic surgery at the University of Southern California. She always makes it clear to her patients that plastic surgery does not complete a life, because happiness comes from within and from working on yourself. Thanks to her honesty, dedication, and meticulous eye to achieve natural looks, Dr. Nazarian is known as one of the best plastic surgeons in the US.

Prior to RTI, Bobbi successfully founded and ran other companies throughout her career. Michael spent the first 8 years of his career in business when his mother, Bobbi, suggested that he joined her in a previous company. After dealing with several personal losses, Bobbi took a look outside of traditional western medicine and began her journey of understanding nutrition. That’s when they decided to sell part of that business to start Read The Ingredients, taking advantage of a gap in the market to start their own adventure. Bobbi and Michael know that nutrition is the answer to feeling better, because what we eat determines how we feel and how we perform in all aspects of life.

    Food: it’s medicinal and can benefit a multitude of ailments and diseases! Today's guest is Isabella Gambuto, recipe developer, food stylist, and former NYC restaurateur turned Certified Natural Chef. She specializes in cooking delicious, vibrant, and fresh foods that are also enjoyable and healthy. She has always been passionate about food, growing up in her father's Italian restaurant and running it alongside him at the age of 23. When Isabella was 27, she was diagnosed with endometriosis, a uterine disease. The diagnosis changed her life, forcing her to reconsider her relationship with her own health and well-being. That path led her to sell the restaurant and pursue a new, more health-oriented career and become a holistic natural chef. Currently, she resides in Los Angeles and runs a food preparation delivery service. In addition to her prepared food delivery business, Isabella shares healthy recipes on her social media and is working on an anti-inflammatory cookbook and launching a "Chef Bella" YouTube channel this year.

The recipe for a perfect podcast

“What is healthy” is the recipe for the perfect podcast. Insightful, educational and a good laugh! Julia— if you know her personally— is a ball of energy. She is radiant and her cooking speaks for itself. Her vibrancy is translated through her podcast and you feel as though you’re sitting down with her and a couple friends, having a conversation! I would recommend her channel anyway… a true 10/10! Keep it up J!
