Not just the what, but the HOW!

In 2013 I started in Commercial RE with CBC Griffin Co. MPLS, and I was simply with the wrong group. My father-in-law Bob Bayer, knowing Rafik w/ Caspian Group and working on several past distressed deals was always quite interesting to me, also, to watch a young guy like Marshall N. create great investing success so quickly was simply amazing! I am still SO inspired by Rafik’s drive and knowledge. That said, I just received as a gift, Mike’s book - Commercial Real Estate Investing, from my father-in-law Bob, and I am getting on fire to create the life I’ve always dreamed for my family. I just needed the “how to guide” for novice guys like myself. No more small RE transaction commissions, well maybe a few. But really, it’s time to move forward! Listen to these guys! I’ve watched their success unfold from the sidelines. It’s time for a change. Thank you for your knowledge! Hopefully we can work together in the near future. -Lonn Lineker
