    Episode 60-(S3-Ep 21)-"Show Me Love"

    Happy FRIYAY Creek Talkers!!

We're back this week and we've got a Special Guest with us! Please welcome Justin from SBTB: The New Class Fan Club on Instagram! He's helping us break down probably the most RIVETING episode of Season 3--Episode 21, "Show Me Love." (No relation to the 90's HIT of the same name by Robyn).

Dawson (James Van Der Beek) is trying to "show his love" for Joey (Katie Holmes) by competing in the 2000 Capeside Regatta against Pacey (Joshua Jackson).

We all know who Joey is rooting for...

On the other side of Capeside, Henry (Michael Pitt) is trying to make amends with Jen (Michelle Williams) by standing in her front yard with signs in very large print asking to "prove his love."

Jack (Kerr Smith) lends Dawson his dad's boat named "Carpe Diem" and Andie (Meredith Monroe) gets a pep talk about letting go of anger from Will Krudski (Rodney Scott) in his final appearance on Dawson's Creek before he leaves for "Young Americans."

We also discuss Andie's role on the show, why Dawson is SUCH a manipulative creep and Justin gives our podcast an ego boost, which was really nice actually. :)
So, grab your sailboat that you took all season to fix up, make sure you don't know how to sail and get ready to set sail in this regatta race because we're sailing into Season 3, Episode 21, "Show Me Love!" #Sail

    Episode 58-(S3-Ep 19)-"Stolen Kisses"

    Happy Friday Creek Talkers! :)

This week we're taking a little road trip and staying with Dawson's "cool" Aunt on Spring Break! It's a ritual...that we pretty much started this episode.  So, either get in the car or stay home and hang out with Jack and his dad because we're about to detour right into Season 3, Episode 19, "Stolen Kisses."

Dawson (James Van Der Beek) tells his Aunt Gwen (Julie Bowen) that he feels like he lost his mojo.  So, she gives him a painting of him and Joey to help him get it back.

Joey (Katie Holmes) admits her feelings to Pacey (Joshua Jackson) after he tells her he can't be the only one initiating things between them.

Andie (Meredith Monroe) is intrigued by Pacey's childhood friend, Will Krudski (Rodney Scott) who joins the gang and teaches her all about being a pool shark.

When a new waitress (Sarah Lancaster) shows interest in Henry (Michael Pitt), Jen (Michelle Williams) proves that she just might have a jealous bone in her body.

Gale (Mary Margaret Humes) and Mitch (John Wesley Shipp) are given some sad news which forces them to reevaluate their relationship.

We also discuss what we would paint as our future, we break into many songs, and we talk about how we spent the weekend hanging out together after almost 3 long pandemic years!
So, Creek Talkers, grab your sleeping bags and be prepared to sleep on the hard wood floor, because the one and ONLY guest bed is reserved for us! Join us as we breakdown Season 3, Episode 19, "Stolen Kisses."

FUN FACT: The character of Will Krudski is featured in the "Dawson's Creek" spin-off titled, "Young Americans."

    Episode 57-(S3-Ep 18)-"Neverland"

    Happy Friday Creek Talkers!

This week the group is feeling a little #nostalgic for their childhood and wishing for more simpler times. And Joey is in denial about her feelings for Pacey as we pick right back up from where "Cinderella Story" left off.  We're breaking down Season 3, Episode 18, "Neverland."

Pacey (Joshua Jackson) wants to tell Dawson (James Van Der Beek) about his feelings for Joey during a camping trip at their childhood fort. His plan is derailed when Buzz (Jonathan Lipnicki) crashes with his friends.

Andie (Meredith Monroe) has a much needed "Girl's Night" with Joey and Jen as she tries to forget about all the testosterone in her life. Joey (Katie Holmes) confides in Jen regarding her situation with Pacey. Meanwhile, Jen (Michelle Williams) is annoyed at Henry (Michael Pitt) when he lies to her about his birthday party.

Jack (Kerr Smith) invites Ethan (Adam Kaufman) over for the weekend, but things don't go as planned when Jack's father (David Dukes) decides to skip his work trip for the same weekend.

Stephen opens up his birthday present from Jayme, and we both discuss if we're scared of ghosts. So, grab your roller skates, your feather boas and get ready to relive your childhood because we're skating to the roller rink this Friday night to breakdown Season 3, Episode 18, "Neverland."

    Happy Friday Creek Talkers!!  :)

We're breaking down Season 3, Episode 17, "Cinderella Story."

Joey (Katie Holmes) visits A.J. (Robin Dunne) at college for the weekend and discovers he has a childhood best friend named Morgan (Deborah Kellner). Dawson (James Van Der Beek) and Gale (Mary-Margaret Humes) are dealing with the stress of the new restaurant. So he enlists Jack (Kerr Smith) and Andie (Meredith Monroe) to be taste testers and hires Jen (Michelle Williams) as a waitress.

We also talk about being in a creative rut, vacation depression, and being the black sheep at family parties. So, call on your Fairy Godmother, make sure she gives you some courage, then find a long stretch of highway so you can dramatically pull your car over and tell your crush how you feel! Join us as we discuss Season 3, Episode 17, "Cinderella Story."

Fun Friendship

If you love funny conversations between good friends (and Dawson’s Creek of course), then you will totally be into this show. Stephen & Jayme have great banter as they dissect and poke fun at the classic teen soap opera. Top that off with Stephen’s hilarious hatred of the Jann Arden replacement theme song (Paula Cole’s “I Don’t Want To Wait” should forever be the title music), you will feel right at home among these two!
