    Malignant (2021)

So this one just pulled a quick 180 turn on a dime on me. When you think a movie is one thing but you are so dead wrong, and it still works. That what Malignant is. From the mind of James Wan comes something different...weird, but different. So lets get into the mind of Madison as she deals with a killer that seems to be haunting her past. Your history always sticks with you.

    Leprechaun 2 (1994)

Well blow me down. Having a pint this week with everyone's favorite murdering Irish mythical creature in LEPRECHAUN 2. So it has been 1000 years and it is the little dudes birthday. So most people want maybe a video game, a gift card, but not our little friend. The Leprechaun is on the hunt for a wife. As his first attempt is messed up, he has to wait another 1000 years, and then hunts down the ancestor of his first attempt. With all the shoe cleaning and gold stealing that every Leprechaun movie needs to set up for that sweet kill scene. So toast to the Leprechaun on the day of his birth. CHEERS!

I decided to unsubscribe from this podcast because I found myself bracing for impact when I listened. The hosts tend to focus on the negative and it puts me in a bad headspace. Not saying they have to praise every movie they watch, but a negative opinion can be conveyed in better ways than resorting to bashing.

Disgusting

Listening to the Salems Lot episode and having a decent time till the female host gleefully declares that one of the characters in the film(book) *deserved* to get beaten and raped (repeatedly!!!!!) by her husband because she was cheating on him. Like JFC, as a survivor of sexual assault I immediately felt like I was going to lose my lunch.

Truly despicable take, and the show should come with a warning if they are so keen on advocating rape. Like go jump off a cliff you absolute human garbage!!!
