MYSTERIOUS DEATH OF: Joyce and John Sheridan
Since 2014, the mysterious deaths of Joyce and John Sheridan have been a major topic of conversation in Skillman, New Jersey. And as you might expect from the title, the story I have for you today is not as cut-and-dried as certain city officials would have you believe. In fact, the deeper I dove into this story, the more confused, shocked, and angry I became. This case could be a simple mishandling of an investigation, or it could be a corruption cover-up… time will tell.

Forever love!
I can’t believe how many poor ratings I’m reading about this podcast. I love the Ashley and Brit duo. I’ve been listening for a long time and have even gone back and listened to old episodes over again - it’s part of my morning routine to listen to an episode every morning getting ready for work and I enjoy every bit of it! Don’t ever give up Brit!! The deck is also a good one and that one is only Ashley, I bounce back and forth.
Loved it initially
Update after listening to many more episodes: removed 2 stars. The show feels quite scripted, and it feels like Brit is not really given space to speak. She seems more like a prop to Ashley. Ashley seems uninterested in including Brit, who I would like to hear more from. Theres is a voice quality/intensity to how Ashley speaks that has become difficult to listen to. Her voice/tone are grating, and her grammar is full of very basic errors! Obviously, she is a very accomplished and passionate podcaster, and her passion is a plus. I would like to offer that Brit has a lovely voice, and I wish she were allowed to participate in the podcast in a non-scripted manner. It seems shes only allowed to say, “What???” Or, when she asks a question, Ashley blows her off with a scripted “I don’t know!” I am finding that I am not listening consistently because the sound of Ashley’s voice is so grating—just Too. Much. Emphasis. On. Every. Word. (except for when she interviews people) and the show is so scripted and the relationship between the women (which could be their strongest component) just falls short.
Original review: Great show. So well done and so engrossing. I’m hooked! …But please learn the difference between subject and object pronouns! Not: “Him” and “her” went to… Yes: He and she went to…
