All great episodes except one

I truly love listening to this podcast and get great recommendations and heads up on what to avoid. Im a Patreon and get a kick out of the interaction with other true crime hosts! I’m not the type of person to write negative reviews so I’ll caveat that the soul episode Dakota Spotlight made me seriously consider unfollowing the show. I can only assume that Dakota Spotlight requested to be reviewed, otherwise why in the world dunk on a one man “true crime podcast” from North Dakota. It was a cringe to listen to from start to finish. The critiques the team had of this show, I could quite honestly accuse them of doing. Why feature this? What’s the hook or suspense for the audience? Did you enjoy this critique? Did you expect your audience to enjoy this critique? If you wanted a “what not to do as an amateur”, why not pick something your audience would feel good about dunking, not a boring but harmless one man show in North Dakota? Is there really so little true crime content that this was a worthy option? In the future, as a big fan, maybe give the little guys your notes privately if you feel moved. But please don’t make your audience watch you throw tomatoes at someone who can’t reach high enough to get in the stocks.
Great show

I enjoy the perspectives of the four hosts regarding podcasts and/or shows I’ve liked/disliked and others I wouldn’t otherwise know. We don’t agree on everything, which is perfectly fine. They’ve been doing this for at least 10 years and clearly know how to put on a great show. Personal feedback: the interrupting, correcting, finishing of sentences, and need to make one’s opinion the dominating winner is frustrating. Some episodes are better than others in this regard and, clearly, plenty of people couldn’t care less about this, but I have a tough time with it.
Analysis of Podcasts is lacking

These Reviewers just gloss over podcasts. For example, Murder on Songbird rd is clearly biased. There is DNA via bite mark shows clear guilt. Stop gaslighting. And the amount of swearing is unprofessional.
Thumbs down

No cohesiveness! Politically driven. Terrible show.
