    • Self-Improvement

Hello and welcome back to Microcast Monday. Short bursts of inspiration and motivation to get you started on your week. Thank you for supporting this show over the years. Please share this podcast with your family and friends.
Thank you for serving and protecting your communities and this great nation. Remember that you are honored, cherished and loved. Keep up the great work and please be safe.
I struggled. I was in a dark place for a long time. I was in pain, and I masked it with alcohol.  I was contemplating hurting myself.  I finally decided to reach out and ask for help, and I am grateful I did. FHE Health and The Shatterproof Program saved my life. If you are struggling, you don’t have to stay there. We can and will help you. Reach out today at 303.960.9819.

TRIGGER WARNING
There is one inevitability that we are will face. That is our death. No one can escape that fact that we will no longer exist at some point. We live and we must die. However, that doesn't mean we can't live our lives to our fullest potential before that day and be happy and healthy while doing so.
I want you to ponder on this fact throughout your day and week. If you found out tomorrow that it was going to be your last day - What would you do different? Would you love more? Make mends with those fractured relationships? The list goes on.
Whether tomorrow ends or not you should be living your life like there is no tomorrow.
This is the only way your life will change.
