CRUSH 2022 Series (pt 4) Design Your Life She Needs Profit

    • Entrepreneurship

You built this badass business from the bottom up and can operate it any way you want. But, in order to truly craft a profitable business that supports the lifestyle you ultimately want, you must first identify your values.
As an entrepreneur, you have the amazing opportunity to assess what parts of your life do you love? Which parts of your life need an adjustment? How can we create more of the life we love and reduce the number of frustrations, annoyances, and misaligned activities?
We all need big, important goals in our biz and our personal lives.
Building a business and being deliberate about how you spend your time will have a significant impact on how happy, satisfied, and successful you feel, which will positively impact other areas of your life as well.
Take some time to identify your top priorities in all areas of your life - your family, friends, and business - and design your business hours and operations around the lifestyle, leisure, and joy you want in your life.
You don’t need to have your phone on you at all times. You don’t have to respond to emails at 10 pm. Keep in mind that you’re in control of this business and that you can set boundaries in any area.
Now that you’ve identified how you spend your time (part 1), how much money came in/out of your biz and why (part 2), and discovered which areas of your business were most profitable and therefore where to double your efforts (part 3). It’s time to take those time and revenue goals, and work them into your schedule around the other, most important parts of your life.

In this episode, listen for:
Taking the time to examine your values How a self-improvement activity gave me fresh perspective on what I’m grateful for Setting boundaries both in your business and your personal life

Must-listen Moments:
[3:17] A values exercise with my coach
[6:15] Questions I ask myself about achieving my goals in business and family. Take these and ask yourself too!
[12:05] Constantly reassess your values throughout the year in order to avoid being distracted
