I highly recommend subscribing to Katie’s podcast on iTunes. From my experience, Katie does an excellent job conducting workshops and pulling out tremendous insights based on her proven background in CX / UX. And with brands like LEGO, Cigna, UConn Health... scheduled to talk, it’s a no-brainer!
