Great Tool for Leaders on the go

I am a Cub Scout Committee Chair, with a busy life and hectic job, and to me this program is an asset in my commitments to my Pack. In the few minutes it takes to listen to the podcast the host give you some great tips on pack and den management, and do so with a positive attitude and sense of humor. For me it's like getting Scouting Magazine in a quick audio form I can listen to while I go about my day.
