Yeah, so I'm a Cincinnati native, I have over 25 years experience in sales marketing consultant. And in the most recent four years, I started to dabble into this diversity, equity and inclusion space. Sure, I've been in the publishing and data insights, industries or working with companies in those industries over the last 25 years.

Gotcha. And tell us a little bit about your company, and your role at the company.

Yeah, so at 84.51 is a retail data science insights and media company. We have headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio, and we have regional offices in Chicago, Portland, in New York City.
