Fulfillment Blueprint

I was fortunate enough to read & review Culture Blueprint 1.0 which I thought was great. The 1.5 is even better, and a Culture Hackers podcast is a genius idea. Robbe’s work has it all: the tips & strategies, the concepts underlying them, and the stories that bring it all to life, all from someone who’s been there and done it and is still doing it. He also takes his own advice and keeps building upon and innovating this body of work, co-creating with his readers. One one hand the “blueprint” really is the one key guide you want to create a great place to work that operates with integrity and invites people to bring their best. On the other hand it’s also a philosophy for creating an environment and a life that honors the best of what humanity can grow into. So not only is there a lot to be gleaned by a diverse range of readers/listeners, but the work itself walks its talk.
I’ve been a psychotherapist for over 17 years and have spent another 16 years coaching executives, business owners and leaders. Robbe has a gift for taking otherwise complex concepts and bringing them down to a practical level that has value for anybody who believes in the quote that “work is your love made visible."

Culture Blueprint

The Culture Blueprint audio book is an excellent way to introduce Culture Hackers. In the book, Robert clearly describes the essential components of healthy culture. He also gives concrete examples of how to develop high-quality components and arrange them to co-create an environment where healthy and productive culture thrives.
