54: 8 Steps To Take Before You Launch A Product with Nicole De Lazarc

Nicole de Larzac is a product development and marketing coach who helps aspiring productpreneurs create products that sell so they can live a life of freedom and success beyond the 9 to 5.

She's been in marketing for most of her career, having had the pleasure of managing some big brands like Sprite, Nestea, Delissio Pizza, and Weight Watchers.

Today, she shares important steps to take before you offer your products into the world:
    1. Ideation - Brainstorm, go super wide, and come up with different ways to solve problems.
    2. Narrow it down - Out of all the numerous ideas from the first step, call it down to a top five and come up with different concepts.
    3. Concept - Test your ideas out and see what works and doesn't.
    4. Select - Take the top concept and refine it based on real feedbacks.
    5. Brand - Figure out the positiong of your product - how it's gonna be, what it stands for, and all other finalizations about your brand.
    6. Plan - Secure the viability of your business - marketing plans, pricing, and all vital strategies about going forward.
    7. Prototype - Get a working model of your idea, test it with your targeted consumers, refine it until it's ready for public consumption.
    8. Pre-launch - Pre-sell your products and get sales before producing it big. Build a demand first to make sure it WILL sell successfully.

    52. Crafting a Successful Styled Shoot and Starting Your Floral Business with Rosanne Farano Romanino

Want to grow your presence in front of your Ideal customers in 2021? We have our very first online summit that will be focused on building your - Marketing Strategy! Check out the details here.

Rosanne has had the pleasure of working in the wedding industry for over 17 years helping clients design and produce their weddings and special events.

She prides herself in her attention to detail and acute ability to listen to her clients needs and wishes and to coordinate that dream into a reality. By combining her passion for nature and all it’s beauty together with a love for luxury and fashion, interior design and architecture, she is able to artistically design a space into a unique and unforgettable atmosphere with each wedding and event that her team produces.

Rosanne shared 3 takeaways to craft a successful styled shoot:
    1. Make it fun - Style shoots can be dreadful and overwhelming so look for your team for support and don't take yourselves too seriously.
    2. Find your inspiration - Before you take any big step, a concrete inspiration is the greatest place to start.
    3. Nurture your connections - To ensure that you have a network of people for every type of shoot, commit into every detail, so people would actually want to collaborate with you.

She also shared some takeaways about starting your owning a floral business:
    1. Experience is king - It's important to get a taste of the industry first. Reach out to local florists to help you get a good glimpse instead of jumping head first.
    2. Education - As important as experience, having some foundation about handling your products and some certifications under your belt can greatly help.
    2. Quality and freshness - In this craft, product quality should be your top priority. Invest in technology to ensure top-notch florals.

5 Tips to be More Productive, Not Just Busy

5 Tips to be More Productive, Not Just Busy

Hasti is the Owner and Lead Planner at La Vista Events. Since launching in 2014, she's had friends become clients and clients become friends. More than a planner, Hasti and her team of certified planners work with clients from a place of love and compassion.

As a Type 3 Enneagram personality - Hasti has always been an achiever. She is also, admittedly, a recovering perfectionist that labels inefficiency as her major pet peeve.

In this episode, Hasti shares 5 ways to increase your productivity as an entrepreneur:
    1. Time Blocking - Develop a system where you have a set routine without bouncing around tasks. Focus your energy on one topic at a time.
    2. Email Management - Emails are not life or death. Learn to dedicate certain times of the day to check and respond to emails instead of obsessing over it at all times of the day.
    3. Google Drive - For business matters, Google Drive is a great and cloud-based storage solution for every entrepreneur. It is a game-changer for digital organization and file sharing.
    4. Google Calendar - Try writing down and color-coding your tasks in your calendar to see which ones are eating most of your time. This also helps you see the tasks you need to put more/less time on.
    5. Social Media - Time blocking, batching your content, and using social media schedulers are major time-savers.

    49. Foolproof Ways to Generate Consistent Leads with Neha Chopra

Neha Chopra is the architect behind SAWC Planners Inc. With over a decade of event industry experience, she has planned hundreds of South Asian and fusion weddings across the GTA (Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Windsor, London).

In her free time (which as a planner is not that much), Neha enjoys travelling, dancing and reading stories to her three girls.

In this episode, Neha shares 3 major ways to generate leads:
    1. Networking - Connect with foundations and vendors and show up at corporate events.

    2. Be passionate - keep learning and do your work with passion. Clients and vendors would love you for that and they would undoubtedly refer you to their friends and family.

    3. Take care of your clients - Stay in touch and keep the connection strong with your clients even after each event. Send them gifts, interact on social media. Continually show them how thankful you are for being part of each other's growth.
