Need to unlock the Mind

This was a great Podcast. I love listening to Mike Milner, when he speaks I hear him talking and describing me. The main reason I can’t change my behavior, is the mind is very strong and fighting against me. Shows me I need someone with a psychology background with nutrition and fitness emphasis to help me. Thank you for opening the door for me to see what I need. One day when I can financial afford that person, I’ll get the motivation to work with them.
