Planning your day is essential 
Track everything 
Where is your time going? 
What are you accomplishing? 
Are you letting that voice inside trick you? 

What are the absolutes?
What other priorities and tasks do you have? 
What two or three tasks do you want to accomplish today? 
Ask yourself- what action can I take right now to make a little bit of a difference. 

Set up good routines (more on this later) 
What changes do you need to make in your life? 
How will you do it?! 

Make sure not to shame yourself into change. Going down the road of shame and humiliation never helps me take action!! 

What will you do to take care of yourself today?

Slow down and live in the moment 

Create healthy habits 

How will you create better family connection today? 

What are you doing to take care of your mindset?

Eliminate the unimportant! 
Where is your time going? 
Where is your energy going? 

Are you saying “yes to others” before you pour into yourself? 

What things can you add in to set you up for the success you want to see?
