    EP1: Our Story

    EP1: Our Story

In this episode we share who we used to be, years ago, and how we met. The ways we used to cope with things that happened in our lives.  We talk about how hard things in both of our lives brought us together, and how in life the things that happen, work for us, even when we can not understand how or why.

    We touched on:

    1)  Beliefs that each of us held about ourselves and how that showed up in our everyday lives.

    2) How tragedy or hard things in our lives and being desperate for change, can bring us to some of the most beautiful blessings.  How to embrace the season you are in.

    3) Belief systems, and rooted beliefs are so much like a dandelion and we can not just quickly pluck them and let them go. Growth is a lifelong process, but can be beautiful.  Especially when you connect with other like minded individuals.

    4) We talked briefly about tools such as Essential Oils and the Cultivate Now platform for personal growth.

    EP2: Perfectionism

    EP2: Perfectionism

In this episode we talk about perfectionism and how it can be a deep rooted belief about self, but that nobody is perfect. We discuss why ‘done is better than perfect’ and that it’s okay to show people ‘the mess’ because truly, the message is in the mess.

In this episode we touched on perfection and doing ‘the right thing.’

    1) We dig into what ‘the right thing’ might actually be. Are we basing these thought patterns on what we have been told is right or what we feel is right.

    2) We touch very briefly on human design and how this is such a powerful tool to understand ourselves.

    3) Learning to trust ourselves is such a huge piece of the puzzle and stopping the overthinking can transform your life. Trying to be perfect in what we say and do and put out into the world is only ‘perfect’ if it feels right to you! There is no perfection. Only what feels right.

    EP3: Hard Work

    EP3: Hard Work

We are back and this time we are discussing hard work and how understanding myself has shifted what hard work can actually look like.
Niki helps Jenna dive deep and understand how and where this shift began.
Jenna is a Manifestor by human design and is learning about rest cycles and understanding that this is more important than always doing all the things.

We discuss how when we understand ourselves, we can easily create and allow all that is meant to be for us.

We talk about how it’s become a societal norm to be busy to appear successful yet ultimately ‘what is enough’ can only be determined by ourselves.

We discuss generational roots and how so much of what we carry is actually not necessarily ours.

Understanding alignment and what actually feels good vs what we ‘SHOULD’ be doing.

We drop little tidbits about human design along the way and how this tools has been so powerful in helping us to grow through all this hard work expectations.

We drop some hard truths about really understanding why you are doing the work you are doing! This life is meant to be fun and waking up dreading what you are spending your day doing does not sound fun!

How can you make money by using your gifts and skills in a way that brings you joy?

    EP4: Choosing Joy

    EP4: Choosing Joy

In this episode we discuss how we can begin to consciously take control of our days. What is one thing you can do today that will bring you joy? One thing that will make you smile and feel gratitude?
We dive into a specific instance where Jenna chose Joy and how it’s still impacting her life! Jenna grew up on a pig farm but hasn’t been involved with pigs for nearly 15years. She decided quite randomly to purchase a couple pigs and surprise her husband.
There were so many emotions and so many ups and downs over the weekend as I struggled with myself to actually accept that I was capable of bringing myself joy in this way!
By choosing joy consciously we can increase our vibrations and when our vibration is high we attract the things we truly desire.
By choosing to bring these pigs home our family has had so many laughs.

What are you going to do today that will bring you joy?

    EP5: Joy & Vision

    EP5: Joy & Vision

In this episode we talk about visualizing, having a clear picture of what we want, and how that can help us to create anything we want. Focusing on JOY and finding JOY helps us to see the beautiful moments around us, and being fully present wherever you are, can help you see the beauty in the everyday.

    We touched on:

    1) Getting very specific on what you want, allows you to recognize when it comes to you. What you focus on, you create.  When we focus on JOY we will create it.

    2) When we choose how we want to feel, such as feeling JOY, and being super intentional about it, we watch for it in our lives. Such as if you are thinking about a white Jeep, you will see them everywhere.

    3) Worthiness, and self belief can show up, but we still need to believe that we are all worthy and deserve anything we want. The universe wants to give us anything we want, but we need to choose ourselves, and not let our ego try to protect us and keep us safe.

    4) Have a crystal clear vision of what you want.  Feel the feeling that you want. If you want a new vehicle, or a special vacation, or whatever it is, feel the feeling you will experience when you have it.  Our conscious and subconscious do not know the difference between what we visualize, and what is real.  Feel it.
