If you’ve been listening to us the last few weeks you know that we have been on a pretty crazy journey through the decades. And we’re not stopping anytime soon! Today we’re getting groovy baby and jumping in our time machine all the way back to the 1960’s! Alot happened back in the swinging sixties like humans being launched into space and walking on the moon, a revolution in social norms with clothing, music, drugs, fashion, sexuality, and civil rights. Big changes happened in the second half of the decade and the younger generation (or hippies) began to revolt against the conservative norms more common in the 1950s. They questioned authority and government and demanded more rights and freedoms for women and minorities. The Beatles and Bob Dylan were playing on everyone’s radio and Woodstock Music Festival happened.

Today we're talking all about what dating was like in the 60’s. Sorry I meant “going steady” in the 60s. After that we give some some music recommendations of songs we like from the 60's and last in Dish Bish we play 1960's Trivia!
