Heart to Heart

I've been a #heart for a while, now. Ever since I heard Trainwreck, years ago... It's amazing that she's finally getting the recognition that she deserves. She is unique, dedicated, and amazingly talented. Her story is so captivating, and throughout all of the hardships, she refused to let her hunger die. Her grind is impeccable, and all of that hard work is paying off. She breathes new life into R&B. Her lyrics are full of depth, wit, and heart. Her concepts for music, dance, and art (she created a comic, people!) are so abstract and awe-inspiring. I listen to mutiple genres of music, and I've never heard ANYTHING close to what Dawn and her team creates, sonically. Her music touches me, in ways unimaginable. Dawn, if you ever read this, just know that you are an inspiration to me not only as a musician, but as a person. When it's all said and done, we'll let them know.
