"Daily Power of Resurrection” – Firm Foundation Inspiration Minute #111 for March 27, 2024

Philippians 3:10 NLT,  I want to know Christ and experience the mighty power that raised him from the dead. I want to suffer with him, sharing in his death, 11 so that one way or another I will experience the resurrection from the dead! [In daily life]
We don't say "Jesus Has Risen" (past tense). We say "Jesus Is Risen" because He is still alive to empower us for daily living!
The power of resurrection is daily strength through the Holy Spirit Romans 8:11, And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of his Spirit who lives in you.

Many times our answers do not come from someplace new, but from someplace old.
This is why the Apostle Paul wrote the following:
Romans 15:4, For whatever things were written before were written for our learning, that we through the patience and comfort of the Scriptures might have hope.
Learning brings patience, comfort, and hope. So let’s learn some lessons from the life and times of Nehemiah.
    Nehemiah 1:1-4
It came to pass in the month of Chislev, in the twentieth year, as I was in Shushan the citadel 2 that Hanani one of my brethren came with men from Judah; and I asked them concerning the Jews who had escaped, who had survived the captivity, and concerning Jerusalem. 3 And they said to me, “The survivors who are left from the captivity in the province are there in great distress and reproach. The wall of Jerusalem is also broken down, and its gates are burned with fire.” 4 So it was, when I heard these words, that I sat down and wept...
Seven Principles for rebuilding the walls in our lives and for others
Principle One • Care enough to want to do something great

Principle Six • Stay out of bad meetings
Principle Seven  •  Get it done! Defy the enemies in your circumstances – whether situations or people

"God's Light. Your Path.” – Firm Foundation Inspiration Minute #109 for March 13, 2024

Psalm 119:105, Your word is a lamp to my feet And a light to my path.
Proverbs 6:23, For this command is a lamp, this teaching is a light, and correction and instruction are the way to life.
Hebrews 4:12: For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword,

Reflect on how many times He called your name before you answered “Yes”
Luke 19:1 Jesus entered Jericho and made his way through the town. 2 There was a man there named Zacchaeus. He was one of the most influential Jews in the Roman tax-collecting business, and he had become very rich. (NLT Life Application Bible) 3 He tried to get a look at Jesus, but he was too short to see over the crowd. 4 So he ran ahead and climbed a sycamore-fig tree beside the road, for Jesus was going to pass that way. 5 When Jesus came by, he looked up at Zacchaeus and called him by name. “Zacchaeus!” he said. “Quick, come down! I must be a guest in your home today.”
6 Zacchaeus quickly climbed down and took Jesus to his house in great excitement and joy. 7 But the people were displeased. “He has gone to be the guest of a notorious sinner,” they grumbled.
8 Meanwhile, Zacchaeus stood before the Lord and said, “I will give half my wealth to the poor, Lord, and if I have cheated people on their taxes, I will give them back four times as much!”
9 Jesus responded, “Salvation has come to this home today, for this man has shown himself to be a true son of Abraham. 10 For I, the Son of Man, have come to seek and save those like him who are lost.”
