Day 7: Overcoming Setbacks The Pain-Free Pathway

Here we are…Day 7!  First and foremost, congratulations on your commitment to this program.  

If you’ve made it this far, I have no doubt in my mind that you will continue on, restore balance to your nervous system, watch your pain become a distant memory, and get back to all the activities you once thought would be impossible for you.

  As I mentioned on Day 1, you’ll likely need to course correct on your journey from time to time to experience the lasting results that you want and there are three common setbacks you may experience.

Being prepared for them in advance will make them feel like speed bumps you easily coast over rather than roadblocks that bring your journey to a screeching halt.
