Deborah has been EVP/Publisher of Radio Ink and Radio + Television Business Report since. She succeeded Eric Rhoads, chairman and founder of Radio Ink, at the helm of the publication which she established in 1992. She has also led the company’s radio conference division since 2007, including Forecast, the Hispanic Radio Conference, Convergence, and the Radio Ink Sports Conference.

SUE SAYS35 years is a long time to work in one industry. But if you love what you do, you continue to learn and look for ways to be creative. That was certainly the case for Deborah Parenti who even found a way to use her love of food from her Italian heritage as an equalizer when dealing with colleagues and clients. Deborah is the finest example of the power behind leaders allowing others to feel valued and important!
