Fantasic Add to My Favorites List

Listening to these ladies chat is liking having coffee with a group of friends- lots of laughs,the occasional f-bomb, and really spot on discussion of issues many women face all g with some practical “what to do’s”. I especially liked that they seem very open about their own insecurities, which are the same ones most of us have😛.

This podcast will change your life

I’ve been following these ladies individually for quite a while. The podcast has changed a bit over the past year and only for the better! The information they are sharing has made such an impact on me in the way I feel about myself, my relationship with food, and so much more. Like many others, I’ve tried a lot of different things not just to lose weight but to be my healthiest. The philosophy they have on eating and exercise is so incredibly freeing and healthy that it will change you and only for the better! I encourage you to subscribe and follow each of them to see for yourself.

Awesome Podcast

I have followed all of the hosts in their individual social media platforms so I knew a little of what to expect when they got together. They did not disappoint. They are smart and funny- and it came showed beautifully in the podcast.
