Transport is a significant contributor to the nation’s carbon output and the rail industry has developed technologies and products that can make huge reductions in carbon. This encompasses all aspects of the railway, from construction, operations, maintenance and as part of the journey itself.
This podcast explores how the rail industry is looking at decarbonisation with those who are pivotal in making this happen. As the topic is extremely broad, we focus specifically on decarbonising the journey and how the industry can do it better and more quickly.
