In this podcast, Jeff breaks down episodes of Star Trek and points out all of the important leadership lessons. People-focused leadership primer

Jon Rennie gets it. Leadership starts with caring about those you lead. This podcast is a must for every leader who wants to maximize their own success and that of their team.

Coach Bru ,

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Best in class!!

You’re gonna love it... Deep Leadership is the perfect name for this podcast. And not just because the host was an officer on a nuclear sub during the Cold War. Rather because the leadership topics explored are in fact very DEEP; substantive and under discussed in business today. The host is doing the real work and leading by example showing how leadership is a people business.

Chief Chuck2k ,

Needed leadership for today

Jon has focused his attention on the key element of being a successful leader...people. He reminds you that leadership is in fact a people business. Jon takes you on journeys relating his experience in the Navy to being the leader of multiple businesses. At the heart of any Team is its people. Jon knows this and through the use of stories, teaches us his valuable lessons. A must listen.
