Off the Deep End Episode 48: Descent to Undermountain (Summer Kusolstice 2024)

Off the Deep End Episode 48: Descent to Undermountain (Summer Kusolstice 2024)

Cassidy from The Bad Game Hall of Fame rejoins Braden and Chris for another semi-annual Kusoventure, this time with Interplay's Descent to Undermountain. Was it a good idea to make a Dungeons and Dragons RPG using the Descent engine? No, no it wasn't, and you'll listen to these three chuckleheads discuss the game's messy history, notable technical issues, and whether or not it's as bad as the thing Cass brought to the podcast last time they were here. Also this time I made sure to mute discord when recording this, please be proud of me.

Just another Viking ,

Lovely show from lovely people

You know you can trust Gino as he's down on Super Mario Sunshine.

KodaGoat ,

Content I want from people who are alright

I appreciate the sheer amount of content that I can sit through since I listen to a lot of podcasts, but the rotating co-hosts can be either fine or annoying to listen to depending on who it is. Slightly harshly worded, but I still like listening to most of them.

Gillbertbee ,

Games!

The analysis is super interesting and the hosts are hilarious! Definitely a worthwhile listen!
