Things all women should know!

I love the information Ellie brings to the table. I feel like these are things all women should know: how to balance your blood sugar, how to heal adrenal health, how to balance hormones. I know so many women (myself included) who have struggled with painful periods, endometriosis, PCOS, insomnia, etc. and Ellie ties it all together in an understandable and actionable way. Thank you for being the teacher and supporter, Ellie!
