DEI is about Race Marxism and Social Justice Subversion

If you want to know how to utterly wreck your organization then go ahead and install a few DEI consultants!

On the most recent podcast with Jim Morris, they are so concerned with being “privileged” and combatting hysterical notions of “supremacy” inside of organizations that they don’t ever talk about the benefits of DEI initiatives. Why? Because there aren’t any there.

DEI or as they say “making sure people belong and are heard” is a subversive tool used by leftist activists to gain power within an institution. The activists/consultants do this under the guise of making the workplace “equitable” which is just a code word for controlled by themselves.

They also will use code words such as: Justice, Belonging, and (in educational circles) Literacy. These are red flags which should be treated the exact same way as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

DEI holds no benefit for any organization that wishes to remain functioning. Seeing racism everywhere is not a good way to stop racism.

Embrace colorblindness. Reject DEI.
