Customer Reviews
Priceless podcast!
As a DE&I professional in oil and gas, I find this podcast priceless. Kym does a great job distilling complex topics into easy to understand and actionable topics. Plus she is not scared of having the harder conversations and discussing her own journey. Love it!
Needed!
In these legacy industries, this type of work and content is necessary! Thanks for stepping in, Kym!
DEI…Sequenced and Disseminated
This was a well thought out, and well sequenced presentation of information.
KYM’s examples brings to light how DEI has been in the background for decades, and has evolutionists to its present level of awareness. Significantly, she explains how it may affect the bottom dollar of corporate coffers, but more so, corporate talent.
In this podcast, Kym Ali highlights that personal biases that lie within us may affect decisions, and the work environment. Ill add that we, as a whole, are probably unknown to some of our biases…against others.
If you weren’t keen as to what DEI is, you have a good explanation of it all now…
Thank you Kim, you did good! 🌹
