I’ve been looking for a place to review... You and Matthew are just simply, absolutely LOVELY...and real, and fun, and smart and kind and so gracious! My niece, who now lives in London, encouraged me to listen...I can’t stop! Every episode hits me and impacts some part of my life. (Just finished the episode about STRESS!!!) I thank you!!! We were just at Rockley Manor (near Marlborough) for her wedding...it was beyond epic and fairytale-ish. I did your yoga years ago as well as trying some of your recipes when you just did videos. Love love LOVE YOU‼️❗️ Now that I know where to review, I will be sure to after each one. Blessings, Beth Hello again... Listen everyday!!! Period power was awesome... At 62 it’s another set of life issues... Menopause Lack of sexual drive DRYNESS etc etc So much shame I have and yet I have so much more to live!!! I’m very physically active Praise God Congrats on your marathon! I ran my first (and only 2005...CHANGED MY LIFE!) Preparing now for Camino de Santiago (only 200 miles of it) 18 day, out-of-my-comfort-zone journey...
