The property’s poor condition and 50% vacancy rate made this property a candidate for The Value Add Real Estate Company’s portfolio, but a lack of available comps and the location being in a lesser-known neighborhood presented a few speed bumps that had to be navigated along the way.

Invaluable Insights into the Denver RE market
I'm in the process of finalizing the deal for my first househack and I cannot emphasize enough how helpful this podcast and all of Chris Lopez's resources have been. Chris is outgoing-he responded to a post of mine on BP and shared a wealth of resources with me, no strings attached.
The podcast provides regular updates of the Denver RE market, has "regular" everyday people on to share their stories (as opposed to those mythological "investors" that just have all that money and ease of doings things, or whatever mindset that is so easy to embrace), and property managers who share advice, experience, and legal updates.
