Depression & Suicide Cards on the Table

Now there's a title that should cause men to press play, right?
No doubt, it's an important and serious topic. Here's some stuff that I did not know that causes me to think it's a "must discuss" from the American Foundation of Suicide Prevention. Suicide is up 33% since 1999.
So, let's talk about it. I challenge you to google "Jarrid Wilson" and read about his story. Depression is insidious, it has no prejudice as to age, economics, or vocation. It is real and very hard to explain or understand. 
Talking about it should not be taboo, but we should hope that discussing it and learning more will birth in us a compassion for others.
