🔒 Design, diversity, the creative process, and architect Clara Wineberg The Brainwave Podcast with Gail Hulnick

    • Society & Culture

Subscriber-only episode
My guest today is Clara Wineberg, Executive Director of the Boston office of SCB, a national architecture and design firm. She’s been part of hundreds of projects but we’ve decided to talk about the origins of one in particular -- The Laurel, the tallest residential building in Philadelphia, at 48 stories, located on Rittenhouse Square, a very prominent location in that city. We talk about the way the shape of a building site affects the creative inspiration for a design; about architects’ desire to manifest themselves through the built environment; and about the opportunity for diversity to flourish as the demand for architects services increases.
