The Formosa was built across the street from the legendary Samuel Goldwyn Studio. The biggest celebrities of the day spent their time at The Formosa was a hotspot for legends like James Dean, Frank Sinatra, Humphrey Bogart and Elvis Presley. The 1933 Group works to save significant properties form destruction and brings them back to their former glory.
