Design-led approach to shaping the employee experience. Innovation and design in technology and the products we use have transformed how we live, work and interact. The design of the user experience of products takes a particularly human-centered approach that is also used to transform services and processes in business. We will explore the application of these design principles and methods for improving the experience in the workplace; sharing our experience in delivering a new employee-centered approach to tackling these challenges.
