Exactly what I needed
I found your podcast accidentally. Have been working on setting better boundaries with people who have a tendency to ignore them. Just started listening and two episodes in, I can’t wait to hear more. Thank you for breaking things down in an easy to grasp way. I’ve already shared this with my friends. Every woman needs to hear the setting boundaries and the people pleasing episodes! So valuable!
I’m not even a mom and Natalie’s coaching via this podcast has helped change the way I think about thoughts vs facts as well as time scarcity. Applying her ideas has helped my anxiety.
I joined Grow You a year and three months ago. Four months in I experienced, for the first time in my life, serious depression and panic disorder that left me pretty absent from everything. The credit card used for my auto pay as a member of the Grow You, expired in April. I didn’t catch it because I was still in the middle of this yucky experience. I’m finally in treatment for the help I needed and getting to old emails, just made this discovery. I reached out to let them know I updated my card and wanted to restart and the reply was no, you’ll have to wait a year. I explained my situation and received, I’m sorry you’ll have to wait a year unless you want to pay in full for a year. I explained in more detail my situation, which was really none of their business and then asked for an exception and received no response. For a program that claims to help moms, and being a mom who really desires the help and guidance, this is a huge disappointment. I won’t recommend her program moving forward. If they can’t truly help Moms, then I’m not interested. Once again, another coach who’s all about the money instead of helping. Please keep in mind, I paid for a program for eight months which I never logged into, showing my absence from life but they don’t care. Super disappointing.
