    MISSING: Robert Harrod

    MISSING: Robert Harrod

In June 2009, Robert “Bob” Harrod, an 81-year-old beloved father, married Fontelle, a woman he reconnected with after 59 years apart. Fontelle was set to move from Missouri into Bob’s Placentia, California home on July 29, but two days before that could happen, Bob went missing. After a thorough investigation, the police theorized that Bob had met with foul play, possibly because of his multi-million dollar estate. Despite this, his body has never been located. It’s been almost 15 years since Bob went missing, and investigators are still searching for him…

Robert “Bob” Harrod was last seen alive at around 2:30 pm on July 27, 2009 at his house in the 500 block of Carnation Drive in Placentia, California.

Bob is 5’11”, 140 pounds, with blue/gray eyes. He kept his head shaven, but when he went missing, he did have a little bit of gray hair coming in. He was last seen wearing white shorts, white knee socks, a white belt, a white hat, and white Reebok tennis shoes. The color of his shirt is unknown.

If you have any information in this case, please call Orange County Crime Stoppers at 855-847-6227.

    MURDER: Brandy Hutchins

    MURDER: Brandy Hutchins

On November 8, 1988, Brandy Hutchins, a 14-year-old beloved daughter, told her friends and family that she was pregnant with her boyfriend’s child. Tragically, just four days later, she was discovered murdered in the root cellar of an abandoned house in Coal Hill, Arkansas.

During the police investigation at the house, they found a piece of paper with a positive pregnancy test result next to Brandy's body. However, when Brandy's autopsy results came back, they revealed she was not pregnant and had never been.

It turned out that Brandy had not been honest about her pregnancy. After learning this, the police suspected that the fake positive pregnancy test might have played a role in her death. They focused their attention on two suspects, including Brandy's boyfriend, but unfortunately, they never found enough evidence to make an arrest.

It's been more than 35 years since Brandy was killed, and investigators are still searching for answers…

On November 10, 1988, 14-year-old Brandy Hutchins was dropped off at the “Old John Emery” house on Whippoorwill Road in Coal Hill, Arkansas. Two days later, she was found dead in the root cellar. She’d been shot with a .22 caliber.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Johnson County Sheriff’s Crime Tips hotline at 479-705-8477.

A childhood friend of Brandy's is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Brandy's murderer.
