Jordan opens up about leaning on her father, a doctor of Chinese medicine, and finding a path that wove Eastern and Western medicine together through chemo. That blend showed up alongside yoga, qigong, and staying honest with her emotions instead of numbing them.

We talk about grief and diagnosis colliding in the same week, facing questions about motherhood with her parents by her side, and choosing laughter, music, and community over fear.
