Yes, you read that correctly. Unfortunately, Steve and I have developed some irreconcilable differences, and in light of that, I’m taking the initiative to retire the podcast. Huge thanks to Gustavo, David Delmonte, Skib, Damon, and all the fans who wrote in to goof around with us- I hope we’ll be able to goof around again at some point in the future.

Thanks again, and feel free to reach out via email or instagram to stay in touch.

    All the best,
    Jared

Hey GromitHeads, Jared here: sorry for the delay on this one. I’m in production on my feature film debut, and dealing with a dang toothache. Nevertheless, I’m addicted to persisting, and getting this episode out for you. We’ll be back with a new episode on July 5th, and until then be sure to send in your emails, voice recordings, etc- we’d love to hear from you. If I remember correctly, Steve had a real bad attitude when we recorded this one, but what else is new?

    #51: "Who Censored Roger Rabbit?"

Thank you so much to TIME Magazine for naming us “Hardest Working Podcasters” for 20MoneyWon, what an incredible award to be welcomed back to Seattle’s DFWaG Industries HQ with. To celebrate, we read Gary K Wolf’s impossibly jaded and enigmatic “Who Censored Roger Rabbit?”- easily the most personal, unfunny, singular work we’ve read for the podcast. Gary went hog wild with this one. Also in this episode:
    -Surveilled by The NSA/KGB Goons
    -Frau Yvonne’s 30k Women
    -BACO (Bill & Co.)
    -Listenership Commitment Issues (TPP)
-Personal Manifesto v. Lashing Out Against Cultural Change
    -Traditionalist Ideologue Manifesto/Polemic, Prejudice v. Parody/Pastiche
    AND MORE.

-“The Trend Report” (Produced by DFWaG Labs, LLC)
-Pilgrim Hats, May Mindset, Listeners Listen
    -Promo Code “Okkahi 4 Mei”

Firmly committing to a 9.9/10 Podcasting Experience, we’re joined by friend of the pod, Jordan, to offer his sage wisdom in our unpacking and analysis of Kahlil Gibran’s “The Prophet”. Of course, off pod we held the Annual Nut Power Ranking, moreover there’s plenty of Nut Talk (NT) present in the long overdue April “Trend Report”. Also in this episode:
    -Introducing Jordan: Qualified Public Intellectual
-“The Trend Report” (Produced by DFWaG Labs LLC)

New listener…longtime hearer

The oddcast is substantial; however, I cannot access episodes 1-32? Also, I appreciate the sponsors. GREATLY! I do think actual ads would add a lot so, maybe, add a lot of ads, please? I simply would enjoy hearing a large quantity of expertly engineered, over-produced, demographic specific, and self esteem inducing ads. PLEASE. We all need a little direction from time to time.

Thank you both for the insightful, in-depth, cover to cover analysis of DFW’s IJ. Sincerely, it’s invaluable.
