I’m not usually a podcast person...I listen to only select podcasts because well they don’t bore me. I’m also not a reality show kind of guy. Well this show has and keeps making amazing content. Season 1 and 2 have been amazing and so far Season 3 is great. Best of luck to everyone!

I think we don't get enough of the 'drama' behind things for a reality show, and I find the ordering of the work session episodes a bit jaring (I'd rather hear there working sessions which obviously come before they talk to Tom BEFORE they talk to Tom.

I also think they should have a variety of people they could chose to talk to. Tom is a National Treasure, but I think they should have a choice of Tom, or somebody more producer like depending on the week. Or each team has it's own coach. Also the new bonus episodes where the previous contestents are pretending to get back into the show are really REALLY bad.

Minor gripes aside, I look forward to this show as soon as it hits my feed.

If you are looking for a scripted reality show this is not what you are looking for. If you want a podcast that is entertaining and suspenseful this is the show for you. Brian and Hammond produce a very tight show where a contestant gets kicked off every week and you hate for all of them to leave. This show must have taken years to plan as it is well thought out. It feels like the most real reality show ever.
