    In an effort to get accurate information as well as to better understand the the lives of our frontline medical workers during this pandemic, we reached out to three healthcare professionals to get their perspectives on the Cover-19 crises.
    We spoke to a nurse in Washington DC, a physician in Arizona, and a nurse case manager in St. Louis.  Each area has been impacted in different ways by Corona-19. Differentiating fact from fiction, together they paint a picture of what it's really like working in the medical field during during this pandemic as well as giving us practical strategies that each of us should be implementing during this pandemic and beyond.

    A special episode for Tony and Steve to talk about it all along with their implications.  From the NBA to colleges to whatever.  We tackle the tough conversations but we laugh and laugh hard.

    We started off with Tony talking about his recent trip back to the midwest which involved way too much food, sugar for the first time in almost 3 months and an unexpected surprise.
    Spike Lee and the Knicks.  Really?  What in the world are the Knicks doing?
    Our prayers for the victims of the Molson Coors shooting and the Tornadoes in Nashville.  This leads to a discussion about which tornadoes and there natural disasters we've been through.
    Weren't people washing their hands before the Coronavirus?  Y'all are just nasty.  Tony reveals that he's not a germaphobe but he is a nastyphobe.

    We're Back!!!

    We're Back!!!

    After an unplanned but not totally unexpected hiatus, Tony and Steve have returned, in full force.  If you want to know why they were gone, don't worry, it's at the very beginning of the episode.
    First up, Cleveland Brown's Myles Garrett's indefinite suspension was lifted.  Turns out this incident was a trigger for Steve and the conversation took a dramatic turn.  
    We also talked about the NBA All Star game and more importantly, the pregame show.
    Have you seen the XFL?  Tony and Steve have and they're convinced that you should too.
    A lot of people were upset about the Super Bowl halftime show, so of course we talked about that too.
    It's good to be back
