After experiencing some weight gain in 2008, he started running and eventually ran a variety of half and full marathons. In 2013, he got a Fitbit and realized he was not reaching his step goal. This inspired him to start walking and he hasn't looked back since. He now averages around 20,000 steps per day, and walking has become his primary fitness activity. David loves the physical and mental benefits of walking and has become a passionate advocate for the power of movement.
