Knowledgeable, kind, and motivating

Carrie has forever changed the way I think and feel about food. She is brilliant in her knowledge. I have noticed a huge difference in how I live and no longer stress about calorie counting or dieting and I have more energy now than I did 10 years ago. She is also incredibly kind and will motivate you to be the best version of you.
