World class speakers on metabolic health diet and lifestyle
Hands-down the best podcast and the best website I’ve ever seen or listened to for metabolic health and insulin resistance and all things diet nutrition and healthy lifestyle. The speakers are world class, Fung Phinney Lustig Wessman Bikman and so many more world class researchers clinicians and professors. The list goes on. It is endless and I learn who to follow by listening to them. The website has the basics of how to have a healthy lifestyle and I highly recommend it as well.
