I’ve been following Felicia on IG for a couple of years now. I love how real she is. She talks about everything from fitness to lifestyle to struggles and she’s real! Felicia is a real genuine person that truly cares about everyone no matter your size or fitness level. I highly recommend following her. Her content is the real deal 💜

Interesting content but the audio... very poor.

Great content with interesting, relevant guests. Wonderful approach to health and wellness. My complaint is the audio is sometimes screech-y... I think some guests are on speakerphone on a cell phone and it’s really bad. I want to listen to the Maggie Berghoff episode but the audio in my car and on headphones is awful. Get better audio equipment! (And keep up with the great guest choices!)
