In our busy lives, it's important to take a step back and be mindful. In this episode, we meet with fellow GISD Digital Learning Coaches, Cori Coburn- Shiflett and Jake Schwab to talk about tech tools that can help us refocus and find our Zen.

Georgetown ISD teachers Rebecca Nolen, Michael Hartsfield, and Kaila Payne share how they have been implementing technology for teaching and learning in their classrooms where every student has a district provided Chromebook. This panel discussion took place at the 2022 Georgetown ISD State of the District event and was moderated by Kim Garcia, GISD Director of Digital Learning. We know you will enjoy hearing these three educators discuss how technology is being used in their classrooms to impact student learning and achievement.

In this episode of Digital Buzz Radio we talk about inspiring student learning through creativity.  We interview educator and author Dr. John Spencer who shares his expertise about providing students with more opportunities to create and consume information with a purpose. We also interview Georgetown ISD educator Jessica Powell, Learning Design Coach at Wagner Middle School. Jessica will be sharing ways that she has leveraged technology to engage students in extending their learning through creativity.
