Learning to love myself

With the help of you amazing girls I have lost 100 pounds! But with that being said, the hardest part has been learning to love my body. I convinced myself I had to fast or I will gain weight if I go back to eating breakfast. Today Stephanie said “if someone tells you can only lose weight doing something” (paraphrasing of course) prove them wrong!” Cooking breakfast as I write this! Thanks girls!
