Pithy and Practical Land Buying Insights
These two deliver insightful land investing advice in small, digestible bites. Mike’s experience goes deep into land entitlements, which in my mind is more of a “thinking person’s land investing strategy,” one that leans toward an active rather than passive land investor. I like Eric and Mike because their podcast delivers real substance and not a lot of bro backslapping or self promotion of teaching products, which as a woman I appreciate. I see a lot of ambitious young real estate podcasters out there offering low substance, blathering advice as a means to hawk their pricey courses or buggy software that they built in a week. Mike and Eric are not that. Mike in particular has extensive experience in the Southern California market, and he is not someone who thinks he is a genius because he rode the wave of an overheated real estate market. He’s the real deal, and I highly recommend this podcast.
Every land investor has been looking for a podcast like this!
Eric and Mike provide a great blend of valuable, practical knowledge, and humor. They touch a lot on topics that aren’t commonly discussed on other land investing forums and give absolute nuggets in every episode. As it pertains to the land investing and land development realms, these guys are the real deal.
Glad I found this podcast and would highly recommend it to not only land investors, but real estate investors in general.
