Green Sahel Project
This episode is an introduction to the Green Sahel Project, supported by various clubs in District 5190. This project is taking place in Senegal and the mission is to plant 16,000 native fruit trees in as many villages as possible, where local VNGPS volunteers will tend the trees to ensure they thrive.
This project is sustainable agriculture and environmental protection.
I speak with Erik Endacott and Mamadou Babakahr Diop about this project and the vision for the future. Keep your ears and eyes peeled for ongoing updates.
