People are constantly surprised by what I eat, they think as a nutritionist I live on green smoothies and water, but I don't. I eat real food because I love food.
Food is my passion, but Nutrition is my business.

I love to eat great food, drink good wine and create memories with family and friends.  But life can’t be all about good wine can it?

I understand that we need to create some balance, if we don’t we end up feeling ill and spending our precious free time on the sofa bingeing on boxsets. 

I’ll share my tips and tricks that will mean you can still go out and enjoy yourself, but help you create balance so that you feel great all the time.

I’ll also be talking to some great guests who have stories to tell around food.

I want you to fall back in love with food and live your best life ever.
