After close to 30 years in the fitness industry, struggling with eating disorders, weight cycling, body dysmorphia, and a lot of unhappiness, Christine shifted her focus to joyful movement and created the Breaking Body Biases podcast to amplify the voices of fitpros, dietitians, and other wellness practitioners looking to destroy diet culture.
